Bespoke Staircase Flooring & Restoration London
Make the staircase match the floor — clad in oak, or sanded back and refinished.
Oak cladding for existing stairs, new treads, risers and nosings, and staircase restoration.
Stairs are often the first thing you see when you walk into a house, and the hardest part of a floor to get right. We clad existing staircases in oak with made-to-measure treads, risers and nosings, so they match the new floor in the hallway and on the landing.
Original timber stairs can be sanded and refinished, with damaged nosings repaired. Landings and the transitions between stairs and floor are planned so the boards line up properly.
We work on existing staircase structures. We don't build new staircases or replace handrails, balustrades or spindles, but we can work alongside the joiner who does.
